We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days of receiving it and do our best to resolve matters within 2 weeks.
If you are dissatisfied with the response you receive in relation to your complaint or if your complaint is not resolved within 8 weeks you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Further information is available on the Ombudsman website: www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
Following this complaints procedure does not affect Your right to take legal action.
