You can cancel your insurance policy any time by giving notice of cancellation via letter or over the phone - 0333 733 0733. If you for any reason decide to cancel your policy within the first 14 days from the date of issue or receipt of your policy terms and conditions, we will refund you any premium payments you have already paid and recover any outstanding payments.
If you cancel your policy outside those 14 days, there will be no refund of the premium. For policies paid annually, a pro-rata return premium will be given less an administration charge of £30. If you made a claim no refund will be due.
Your cover can last as long as you would like, the minimum requirement is 1 month.
